A Bunch of ......

Monday, December 26, 2011

A bunch means many or a lot. We often use bunch for things that are grouped together, like a bunch of grapes.

  • There were a bunch of people waiting in line to buy concert tickets.

  • I ate a bunch of bananas and now I have a stomachache.

  • Cristina gave away a bunch of old CD’s.

  • Do you know any good jokes? Sure, I know a bunch.
